于素敏，深圳大学管理学院副教授，管理学博士，深圳市“鹏城孔雀计划”人才，现任深圳大学管理学院副院长，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会计算机模拟分会常务理事，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会智能决策与博弈分会理事，中国运筹学会医疗管理分会青年理事。长期从事数据驱动的决策支持、群体智能决策、复杂网络建模、医疗数据分析等领域研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项和省市级项目7项，参与多项国家级及省市级研究课题，以第一/通讯作者身份在《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems》、《International Transactions in Operational Research》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》等国内外主流期刊发表学术论文30余篇，6 篇曾进入 ESI 高被引论文全球前 1%，3 篇曾进入 ESI 热点论文全球前 0.1%，出版中英文专著4本，获深圳市第十一届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖学术著作类一等奖（2023年），获广东省优秀教学成果奖二等奖2项（2025），主持的国家自然科学基金青年项目绩效评估为“优”。
