深圳大学管理学院教授、博士生导师，广东省青年珠江学者，深圳市“孔雀计划”海外高层次人才，深圳大学优秀学者，INFORMS运筹和管理研究协会会员，中国物流学会会员，中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会理事，中国系统工程学会物流系统工程专委会委员，文景数字供应链研究院资深研究员。于华中科技大学控制科学与工程系获得学士学位，于香港科技大学工业工程与物流管理系获得博士学位。主要从事物流与供应链管理、交通运输管理、海运与港口码头管理领域的优化与博弈研究。

        深耕港航物流研究领域，发表SCI/SSCI/EI/CSCD收录论文50余篇，其中ABS 4星期刊论文3篇，ABS 3星期刊论文9篇，有40余篇发表在Transportation Research Part B、Naval Research Logistics、IISE Transactions、 European Journal of Operational Research、Transportation Research Part E、International Journal of Production Research、《中国管理科学》、《系统工程理论与实践》等国内外权威期刊上。研究成果多次被知名学者在国际顶级期刊上引用并予以积极肯定。主持国家自然科学基金3项，广东省自然科学基金1项，并参与多项国家及省部级项目。申请发明专利8项，获批软件著作权2项。获领域顶级学会2022 INFORMS Conference on Service Science最佳论文奖（唯一第一）、中国物流学会优秀论文一等奖、教育部高等学校电子商务类优秀课程思政课、广东省本科高校课程思政优秀案例一等奖、广东省一流本科课程、腾讯良师奖“优秀教师”、深圳大学优秀本科教师、深圳大学优秀本科课程、深圳大学优秀MBA教师等荣誉。
