刘英飞，深圳大学管理学院管理科学系助理教授，博士毕业于中山大学地图学与地理信息系统专业，目前主要从事海事舰船轨迹的检测与识别、智能海事管理与大数据分析等领域上的交叉研究，相关成果发表在Remote Sensing of Environment、GIScience & Remote Sensing、Ocean Engineering、Applied Ocean Research、Journal of Atmospheric and Oceanic Technology等期刊，主持和参与国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、广东省基础与应用基础联合基金等多个项目。
