耿爽，深圳大学管理学院，管理科学系，副教授，特聘研究员，博导，新锐硕导，香港城市大学系统工程与工程管理专业哲学博士，英国巴斯大学访问学者，入选深圳高层次海外人才计划、深圳大学荔园优青、深圳大学双创导师。主要研究方向：智能决策系统、医疗数据挖掘、数字化平台用户行为等，在IPM、CHB、JMIR、C&E、IR等SSCI/SCI/CSSCI检索期刊发表二十余篇论文，出版著作三部，获批专利及软著三项，完成及参与国家自然科学基金四项（重点项目子课题负责人）、教育部人文社科项目一项、广东省基金项目二项、市级其他项目多项，指导学生发表二十余篇国际学术期刊及会议论文、五项大学生创新发展基金项目（优秀指导教师）、带领学生团队获得五项国家级（1项金奖）、八项省级等二十余项学科竞赛奖，曾担任ICSSSM’19、PACIS2022、ICSI2022、ICEB2024学术会议分会主席。
