耿爽，深圳大学管理学院，管理科学系，副教授，特聘研究员，博导，香港城市大学系统工程与工程管理专业哲学博士，英国巴斯大学访问学者，入选深圳高层次海外人才计划、深圳大学荔园优青、深圳大学双创导师。致力于研发新型医疗大语言模型、多模态数据融合和基于群体智能的算法优化方法，开发一系列医疗决策支持系统，成果发表于MIS Quarterly（UTD24）、Information Processing & Management、Tourism Management、Computers in Human Behavior、Journal of Medical Internet Research等期刊共二十余篇。成果获得7项国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、广东省自然科学基金项目等省部级科研项目资助，获得学术奖励6项，出版学术著作3部，获授权国家发明专利及软件著作权6项。指导学生发表二十余篇国际学术期刊及会议论文、五项大学生创新发展基金项目（优秀指导教师）、带领学生团队获得五项国家级（1项金奖）、八项省级等二十余项学科竞赛奖。担任PACIS2022、ICSI2022、ICEB2024及POMS China 2025多个国际会议分论坛主席。
