段妍婷，深圳大学管理学院助理教授，硕士生导师，华中科技大学管理科学与工程专业博士，入选深圳市“鹏城孔雀计划”特聘岗位（C类）。研究领域为物联网环境下组织架构设计与优化、智能环境下人机协同与行为仿真等，擅长仿真建模、运筹优化建模与质性研究等多种研究方法。相关研究成果发表在《管理世界》、Computers & Industrial Engineering、Computers in Human Behavior等国内外权威期刊上。
