【个人简介】

 

20167月加入深圳大学管理学院,现任人力资源管理系助理教授。主要研究方向为领导力与领导行为、物质主义与幸福感。在SSCI期刊Journal of Happiness Studies, Frontiers in Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences, International Journal of Psychology, The Journal of Social Psychology, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources等,及CSSCI期刊《心理科学》、《心理发展与教育》、《中国临床心理学杂志》、《心理行为与研究》等发表论文近30篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,20163月被认定为深圳市海外高层次人才。
