Centre for Human Resource Management (CHRM)

The Centre for Human Resource Management (CHRM), located in the College of Management, Shenzhen University, aims to encourage HRM and Employment Relations scholarly research, and to serve the HR practitioner community.

Our research seeks to improve organizational effectiveness through HRM practices, creating positive human resource outcomes and enhancing organizational performance. We have seven core research strengths:

· Employment relations and employee-employer relations

· Innovation management

· Talent recruitment and talent development

· Work stress, dirty work

· Trust and team dynamics

· International management

We have strong industry links which enrich and inform the learning environment we provide to

 

students from undergraduate through to PhD level. Our frequent seminars give researchers, professionals and students the chance to collaborate and learn about HRM evolving areas of practiceand theory.
